3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For charter reservation, you must:
- Have reached the age of 18 years
- Submit accurate and comprehensive details
- Deposit payment as outlined in your booking confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation occurs once we receive payment and you obtain our written confirmation. We reserve the full right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All bookings are dependent on the accessibility of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule whenever possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are presented in € and consist of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise pricing without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost required at the time of reservation
- Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to departure
- Supplementary charges (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various payment options including major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified cheques. Our secure, encrypted platforms handle all payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50% of the payment
- Within 24 hours of departure: No refund given
5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations
Should the captain deem weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose either:
- Rescheduling the charter to another suitable date without additional charges
- Issuing a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Failures
Should there be any mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will make an effort to provide an appropriate substitute. Should no substitute be available, a full reimbursement will be granted.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Procedures
All passengers are obliged to:
- Adhere to instructions given by the crew
- Utilize safety equipment as required
- Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The subsequent items are strictly forbidden on board:
- Glass containers
- Illicit substances
- Firearms or any form of weapons
- Non-alcoholic drinks beyond sensible consumption
- Pets (exceptions may apply with prior approval)
6.3 Behavior
All passengers must conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful fashion. We reserve the privilege to discontinue a charter prematurely, without a refund, if behavior compromises safety or disrupts the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries sustained due to passenger carelessness
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Secondary, special, or punitive losses
- Delays due to weather conditions or other factors out of our control
7.2 Insurance Protection
We uphold extensive maritime insurance that covers our vessels and operational activities. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have personal insurance for travel and belongings.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our charter services, you recognize the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities and assume full responsibility for your safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the right to make adjustments to itineraries, voyage paths, or schedules due to meteorological influences, safety requirements, or other operational needs. All efforts will be made to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
9. Force Majeure
We will not be held accountable for disruptions, postponements, or changes resulting from factors beyond our authority, these may include but are not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural catastrophes
- Regulatory mandates
- Port restrictions
- Mechanical malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your confidential data will be processed as per our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you concur to the gathering and utilization of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
